This Hatsan Piledriver belongs to the most powerful production PCP air rifles in the world. The long 838 mm (33”) barrel squeezes every last FPE out of it. And the large single shot loading port will take slugs up to 34 mm long.
The weight of the barrel is compensated by using a bullpup design, giving the Hatsan Piledriver a very good balance. The ergonomical thumbhole stock is made from strong synthetic material requires no maintenance. It features an all-weather grip, in height adjustable cheek piece and a buttstock that can be adjusted in both height and angle.
The 2-stage Quattro trigger is adjustable and the long sidelever makes for light and easy cocking. On top, the Hatsan Piledriver has a Weaver/Picatinny rail, combined with an integrated 11 mm dovetail rail, providing a mounting point for virtually every aiming device available. Round the bottle, another three Weaver/Picatinny accessory rails are fitted, for example for a bipod, laser or light.

TONS OF POWER !!

This gun is powerful. It can be a little heavy to carry around but with the power it puts out it needs to be. It is very loud but Donnyfl makes a suppressor for it that can take a lot of the noise out of it but neighbors will still know when you pull the trigger. Gun has a moderate amount of recoil to it. It will make a good hunter for larger game. Just remember this is not a toy.. It is capable to do damage comparable to many firearms.

at the moment the most powerful PCP in the world draw with the Airforce Texan CF_(250 Bar version). When they the 1st use they will say "WOW amazing!" use ear protection mainly and it is also recommended to use protective goggles if the target is a few meters away, it will go through more than you will think, so put twice as many wooden boards, metal, etc..., 480cc air cylinder maximum working pressure 300 BAR, if you want more autonomy use lighter pellets if you want more penetration use medium/high weight pellets but then reduces autonomy. For those who need it buy a Sound Suppressor. here on the site I have always chosen the "UPS Express Saver" delivery it is really worth paying a little more and you receive the order incredibly fast!. Attention! in the case of Hatsan Piledriver .50 Cal. it has to be with pellets .50 (.510) does not give the other .50 Cal. (495/497 Size) is equal to Texan and Umarex Hammer at .50 Cal has to be (.510 Cal / Size). you will not regret if buy! It's really worth buying! a fantastic duo! I’ve made my choice in .45cal, because there a lot more choices of projectile in .45 than .50, and I don’t regret it. Still looking for the best matching projectile, but I’ve never missed a round steel plate of 20 cm at 100m away. With .45 cal, it has about the same muzzle energy as an Umarex Hammer which is .51cal.
Negative point is the total length. When I mount a Donny FL Emperor, it's 150 cm.
It makes a lot of noise and recoils like a 12gauge shotgun. For sure, this airgun is not backyard friendly, even with big moderator on it. A scuba tank of 300 bar is not enough to recharge if you are in a shooting range. You need to take your compressor to the range.
If you can legally use this air rifle for hunting, you have enough numbers of shots before it needs to be refilled to 300 bar.

First of all: My gratitude goes to Krale for an excellent service experience at all stages of the purchase. The trilingual staff is incredible. The rifle scope was mounted in the shop and zeroed in. At any stage polite and professional advice in the shop (Nico, Sander and Madelein).
Then the rifle itself: The .45 is extremely powerful. One can use slugs of up to 34 mm with it. Up to 520 grains according to the manual. This gives an enormous punch to the rifle. The .45 version has about 4 - 6 shots at full power. You feel a bit of recoil - not inconvenient or irritating - but underlining the power of this air rifle. One could have wished for a magazine (e.g. similar at least to the Umarex Hammer) but I can live without. The precision is very good and the whole air rifle is an excellent purchase - especially when putting price and performance in relation. I can only highly recommend it.

MUCH better quality than the Hardanger bully .45, this one feels more premium. The only two things I don't like are the 300 bar for max. velocity and that it didn't go with a Rotary style mag like the bully but longer for longer slugs.
