This Krale Hammerite pellet catcher is suited to hold 14x14 cm paper targets. It comes with a Hammerite coating and is made of 3 mm steelplate and 4 mm steelplate at the rear. This robust material makes the pellet trap resistant to high velocity impacts of airgun ammunition.
The Krale Hammerite pellet catcher has been tested with a 677 Joules air rifle, after which a 10 metre shot didn’t even leave a dent on it.
This pellet catcher features dimensions of 14x14x14 cm and has two keyhole slots at the rear with which it can be hung up. The total weight of the pellet trap comes down to 3760 grams.

Es gibt nur kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge, wie zum Beispiel einen besseren Knauf an der Scheibenhalterungs anzubringen und Rändelmuttern, die man besser greigen kann. Wenn der Rand am Kugelfang noch ein wenig verbreitert wird, dann liegen die Scheiben noch besser auf. Aber ansonsten sehr stabil und prima teil.

I used to use standard pellet traps sold in Germany. I shoot at 10 metres with 7.5 Joule but after a few hundret shots the cheap pellet traps were destroyed.
This pellet trap is much better. I am sure it will last forever. It's cheaper to pay one time than each month.

Heavy gauge steel has no problem stopping pellets without deformation. A bit smaller than expected, although dimensions are clearly listed. The powder coating was flaking off in a couple small spots on arrival, and the whole product was encased in a cellophane-like material that has been impossible to scrape off in places. Overall, a good addition for a space-limited indoor range.

Solid Product - Great - Absolutely recommendable - A Must

After 5 standard pellet traps for 25,00 EUR/unit (total 125,00 EUR), I took the decision to buy the heavy pellet trap for 90,00 EUR from Krale.
The heavy trap is indestructible and catches all bullets without contaminating the area with lead. At the same time, this quality saves a lot of money because no additional pellets traps have to be bought. A must for every sport shooter.

Heel tevreden met de kogelvanger Pellet trap KS heavy

Nu een aantal dagen in gebruik. De kogelvanger heeft al heel wat te verduren gehad. Buksen met 7,5joule, 16j en 24j gebruikt. Vanzelfsprekend is de coating binnenin de kogelvanger er direct vanaf gesprongen. Maar geen enkele vervorming van de achterwand. Ik ben zeer tevreden.
