We make every effort to dispatch goods the same day, if they are ordered and paid for on a working day before 16.00. In order to be able to dispatch your order the same day, it must satisfy the following conditions:
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number. Bear in mind that the tracking information is only visible from approximately 19.00 onwards.
In the case of delivery to an address within the Netherlands, the following normally applies:

If there will also be no one at the delivery address for the second deliver attempt, then after the first delivery attempt you can provide a different delivery address or a different date via the UPS website.

An order that has been placed can be collected at our store. At the time of making payment you can select the option for collection from our store. You will receive order confirmation via email and you will also receive an email as soon as your order is ready for you to come and collect.

An order that has been placed can be collected at a UPS Service Center location near you. At the time of making payment you can select a UPS Service Center Location. You will receive a confirmation via email or SMS once your order is ready to be collected. Packages longer than 80 cm and/or weighing more than 20 kg are not eligible for delivery to a UPS Access Point location.
