Considering the size of these pellets, they can definitely be categorised under ‘large calibre’. And as they’re huge, they weigh a lot too. And to get all that weight moving with significant speed, you’ll be needing a copious amount of power. This means that you’ll automatically end up with a PCP air rifle to make proper use of these pellets. Without a decent amount of power, you just can’t reach the speed needed for accurate results and without power, you won’t be able to make full use of the reach and impact that 9 mm / .357 pellets can offer.
