This Morakniv Companion Heavy Duty MG (Military Green) survival knife is the well-known, timeless all-rounder suited with a larger handle for those with larger hands. The blade has a hardness of 57 (HRC) and is made of high-quality carbon steel, which is sharpened easily but requires more maintenance than e.g. stainless steel. The partial tang continues into to the handle to about three quarters of its full length.
The handle is made of TPE-rubber which is grippy and has a soft touch, but is also sturdy and durable.
