The Sako 85 Varmint is a long-range rifle with pinpoint accuracy for hunting and target shooting. The heavy, free-floating barrel diminishes vibration and recoil and the stock enhances comfort and accuracy. This rifles features a flat-botommed beavertail fore-end and a pistol grip for a better bench shooting position.
This Sako 85 Varmint rifle features controlled cartridge feed (RCS) to eliminate double feed or cartridge jams. The detachable two-row magazine is made of stainless steel and can also be loaded through the ejection port.
