  • The Athlon Talos is a lightweight scope with Athlon's Advanced multi-coated lenses for clarity and brightness in low light. The Aircraft Grade Aluminum tube provides extra strength and durability to handle the toughest terrain and offers lifetime of use.

    The heat treated one piece tube gives the scope extra strength over multi-piece tubes. A one piece tube also is better at keeping moisture out thus keeping your scope fog proof for the life of the product.

    Very good price-performance ratio

    All the knobs click cleanly into place after a while and the Paralax adjustment gets also easier. From a magnification of 16-18x it is very important to be accurate behind the glass and to set the paralax adjustment precisely - but otherwise I have to say it is a really good glass for the money - I would buy it again. I mounted it on a .22lr rifle. The scope is very cleanly finished, as I am used to from Athlon. A sun visor and flip-up caps would be a nice addition to round off the package.
