The Athlon Optics Midas TAC 6-24x50 APRS2 is a rifle scope that used HD glass for a bigger light transmission and a brighter, sharper image which is even more enhanced by the fully multicoating that also prevents reflection. An XPL coating on the lens exteriors protects against dirt and scratches.

The APRS2 MIL reticle is etched with much detail in the first focal plane, having the advantage that it magnifies with the zoom and also being more shockproof. The direct dial elevation turret (total adjustment 25 Mrad) features a Precision Zero Stop System that enables you to set a zero and dial back to that point until there is a hard stop. The aluminium tube is kept compact and light with just 30 mm and fabrication out of one piece improves sturdiness and waterproof qualities. The tube is filled with argon to prevent fogging.
