Reximex Tormenta

 The Reximex Tormenta is a solid PCP air rifle that provides good value for money. It has a stock that’s made entirely out of maintenance-free and impact-resistant synthetic material. There’s a rough texture on the bottom of the fore-end and on the ergonomically shaped grip with pre-moulded finger grooves for added hold and the Tormenta feels great to hold in your hands. The cheek rest on top of the butt stock has that same rough texture. There’s a rubber butt plate on the back end of the stock, which can be height-adjusted, allowing you to shoulder the rifle comfortably. You can even adjust the rifle’s LOP (length-of-pull), by loosening a bolt on the bottom of the butt stock. You can then slide it backwards or forwards. Once it’s placed perfectly, you simply tighten the bolt to secure it in place.

Something that makes the Reximex Tormenta stand out, is the fact that it has not one, but two PCP-reservoirs. There’s one on the back, that has a capacity of 380 cc and there’s one on the front that has a capacity of 250 cc. Both PCP reservoirs have a fill pressure of 250 bar, which can be checked by using the pressure gauge on the right side of the frame. Located just behind that gauge -and located on the right side of the frame as well- is a small slide for adjusting the rifle’s power. As you continue shooting with the unregulated Reximex Tormenta, the PCP reservoirs will run empty, which in turn will affect your shots’ consistency. Thankfully, you can easily fill them back up. There’s a cap on the front end of the PCP reservoir located beneath the barrel. Twisting that cap off will expose the fill port.

The Reximex Tormenta PCP air rifle is available in two different calibres:
• 5.5 mm with a magazine capacity of 12 pellets
• 6.35 mm with a magazine capacity of 10 pellets
There’s a Weaver/Picatinny scope rail on top of the action and it’s divided into two parts. You can use that scope rail for mounting rings to mount a rifle scope, which will leave enough room for the magazine. You can store a spare magazine in the slot on the bottom of the frame, located right in front of the trigger guard. Using the side lever located on the right side of the frame, will allow you to load a pellet into the 380 mm barrel. That barrel has a ½ UNF threaded front end, which allows you to easily mount a moderator. The Reximex Tormenta has a four-way adjustable trigger, so you can tune it exactly to your liking.
