The gear that comes with the motor has a straight interior and because of that straight cylindrical shape it can get loose. This Eagle 6 gear for the TM MK46 NGRS Magazine motor is an excellent replacement part that has a considerably better fit. It has a mildly narrowing shape on the inside, instead of a completely straight interior. That means you will have to put slightly more force onto it to get it around the axle, but it also means it’s ever so slightly tighter on there so it won’t dislodge quite as easily.
