This G&G SSG-1 AEG airsoft replica is specially designed for use during Speedsoft matches. That’s also what the abbreviation SSG stands for: SpeedSoft Gun. This is especially useful in speedsoft, considering speedsofters often use heavy face masks or even helmets. Changing the angle of the stock allows you to create more room for face protection. After you’ve found the right angle, you can lock the bolt with an Allen key. Removing the butt stock will provide access to the battery compartment in the buffer tube.

Other than most other G&G replicas that put the MOSFET in the battery compartment, this replica has a compartment specifically for the MOSFET. That compartment is located on the housing’s rear, just above the buffer tube. You can remove the cover to access the MOSFET. Located right above that MOSFET-compartment is the charging handle. Pulling the charging handle back will open the dust cover and allow access to the adjustable hop-up in the ejector.
