- The RCBS Flash Hole deburring tool helps you to freshen up a burred flash hole. Fit the included Case Pilot Stop on the tool and fit it into the case neck, effectively centering the tool. Push the deburring end against the flash hole and tighten the allen screw in the Case Pilot Stop as this will prevent you from taking away too much brass. Rotate the RCBS Flash Hole deburring tool a couple of times until you feel no more resistance.
