The Weihrauch HW97 K is equipped with an under lever system, a fixed barrel and the proven and world-famous match trigger ""Rekord"". The beautiful carved stock comes with a checkered grip and forearm and a rubber buttplate. This air rifle doesn't have sights and is especially designed for rifle scope use. Due to its accuracy, reliability and finish, the HW97 serie is Weihrauch's most popular air rifle model.
Krale did a fantastic job getting this rifle to me, and it is INCREDIBLE! Right out of the box, I mounted a scope and started shooting. At 50 yds sub 1" groups are the norm, 3/8" is my best so far. Doesn't seem to care what pellets I feed it, simply incredible rifle. BUY IT!!

I bought this rifle without ever laying hands on one. It seems to be exactly as described in everything I've read. The fit and finish is as one would expect from a high quality German made air rifle. It shoots relatively quiet with minimal recoil.
I haven't shot it enough to properly sight it in and experiment with pellets. It is shooting a fingernail size ragged hole at 10 yards. The only thing I can complain about is the height of the stock. I may have to utilize extra high scope mounts to obtain a proper fit.

Hesitant to order from overseas however, the shipping was fast and service was great. Visa texted be a pin number to complete the purchase just to be safe. Received the gun quicker than some shippers in the USA. HW fit an finish was awesome. Settled in with a few tins and got zeroing the scope, stacked pellets one atop the other. Excellent right out of the box. Going to have to get a better scope and ordered match pellets to see how far out I can stack pellets. So far I'm doing great out to 35m. Aftermarket parts are easy to come by although shipping isn't as good as Krales. Thanks!

Damaged sometime during shipping. Could have been by customs, but no way to tell. Fixed by me with a little scrape and stain.
Pros:
Received in 4 days, but damaged at top of stock just north of stock. I scraped it with a cabinet scraper and re stained it. Otherwise great expectations sorta diminished by this.

I wanted an air rifle after spotting a rat one night in our chicken coop. stuck in lock down with all the shops shut here in the UK I was not able to get one until I found out Krale are both cheaper and do home delivery, ideal. Delivered within the week and got my first rat the day I zeroed.

5 stars all the way. Have shot this gun every day since I received it. Only 3 days shooting and have put at least 200 pellets through it. The first time my wife ever shot a scoped rifle was this Weihrauch HW97 Black Line. She amazed me. She shot 3 pellets in the bullseye that all 3 were touching each other off a bench rest at 30 yards. I had to go up town to Walmart the next day to purchase more targets and pellets. Simply amazing rifle. Love it.

Received my HW 97 K about 10 days ago and have put 250 pellets downrange. So far, I've experienced no problems. The gun is extremely accurate and is a pleasure to shoot. I would definitely buy this gun again(and I may, in fact, buy a second one) and buy it from Krale.
