Really good air rifle and Krale customer service

The rifle arrived from the Netherlands to me in Texas (USA) pretty darn quick, all things considered. Rifle was packed well and looks great. Waiting on my scope to show up to shoot it! Pellets were rolling about in the box but, didn't hurt the rifle though pellet packing could be improved.

This is my second order from Krale.The first was packed great.I lost count after 5000 pellets, and it still shoots @ 12.5 fpe with light ammo. The gun doesn’t have a scratch on it. WH is a testament to the best in quality.

Bought my HW97K just before Christmas of 2023. My first quality air rifle, it was ordered on a Monday and arrived that Friday in excellent shape! The rifle is shooting beyond my expectations, the build quality is top-notch. Now I'm wanting a HW77 to add to my collection.

The gun is really smooth and easy to cock. The accuracy is great, as good as my other professionally tuned guns. The only issue I had was after being shipped all the way to the US, the shipping box had ripped open and the gun had fallen out of the original box. UPS repacked the gun in bubble wrap and still got it to my door in 4 days. Neither the gun or scope were damaged.

The price at Krale was much less than distributors in the US and they had the HWE97 K in stock, so I took a chance and I am glad I did. Delivery was very fast, ordered on Friday and I had it on Monday in California. The rifle is my first underlever and is as good as all the reviews on YouTube.

A Brilliant Air Rifle

This is my first purchase into higher end air rifles. It is also my first purchase with KRALE. I've always had the sub $200 rifles throughout my life. I often find them more relaxing to fire than my firearms. But I needed to step up. I researched for about two months. My criteria was 1. Simplicity, for a pending world collapse 2. Repairable, for longevity 3. VERY accurate. I wanted an underlever, so kept bouncing between the HW97 and the TX200 in a .177 FAC for the flatter trajectory, as most people end up doing. Krale had a very competitive price, so I pulled the trigger. I received it in about 4 1/2 days to Virginia. The outer box was ripped open and then taped back together. Probably by USA customs or UPS. Can tell that the rifle box was also opened and inspected. But as far as I can tell, no harm was done to the rifle itself. It's beautiful. Upon picking it up, the first thought is the weight, that was expected. Paired with a Burris 4.5-14x scope w/ a UTG single piece mount. It looks formidable. The cocking effort is easier than my .22 breakbarrel. Accessing the breach is easy, but a .177 is generally always a little fumbley. Relatively quiet compared to other guns, but a little louder than my gas piston rifle. Recoil is negligible. Haven't fully sighted it in yet, but already have a feeling I will have this for a lifetime and will get passed down for generations.

Excellent rifle & outstanding service

I am very pleased with my recent purchase of a Weihrauch HW97K from Krale. After waiting several months for a supplier in the United States to get one in stock, I decided to place the order with Krale. Although I was nervous about making the purchase from an overseas company, it turned out to be an excellent experience. I placed the order on Tuesday morning and received the rifle on Friday afternoon (in Ohio). The gun is absolutely beautiful and shoots even better. I am looking forward to many years of reliable service and accurate shooting with this rifle. I’ve always been happy with Weihrauch pellet guns and recommend them to everyone.

#5 Weihrauch for me / Wow!

I bought a cheap Chinese B3 underlever a year ago to see if I really liked the underlever set up. I did and finally ordered my HW97K. Krale was fast getting the gun to CT/USA (5 days). Gun arrived perfect and like all my Weihrauchs, it needed a good bore/barrel cleaning, Locktite stock & scope fasteners, and 200 - 300 shots to season bore & barrel. The Rekord trigger was sort of weird in that it would not get down to 2-3 lbs, but it has come around after about 500 shots. H&N FTT 4.51's do very very well at my 30 yard home range. Hold sensitivity is almost nil. All shots are in the 3/4 inch or less territory and of course fit, finish, inletting and cocking stroke are excellent. Wow falls a bit short of how I really feel, but the right words are not coming to me right now.

Gotcha looking! Krales shipping time to United States and my house, 2 1/2 working days. Amazing! HW 97k is an absolute incredible springer. I have 3 Weihrauch rifles, and it will out shoot those out of the box. Those Germans know how to build springers.
