Step 1 Choose the desired article
- Navigate to a category of choice.
- In order to order from the category page, you click on the blue button bearing the illustration of a shopping basket.
- If you would like more information or to order different quantities, click on the photo of the product or the button view product. This brings you to the product page where you can indicate quantities and any preferences. Then you click on the orange button bearing the text add to cart.
- You will automatically go to the shopping basket; if you would like to continue shopping, click on Continue shopping.
- Once you have found the desired articles, click on Checkout.
Step 2 Your details
In order to process your order, we need a number of details from you. We only use these details for delivering your order.
- You can login if you have created an account.
- If you have not yet made an account, you can make one by clicking on Create an account.
Step 3 Delivery method
You can choose the method of delivery, we offer the following options:
- You can have your order delivered to your address, or you can provide a different address.
- You can have your order sent to a UPS Service Point location.
- You can also choose to collect your order in the Krale store in Staphorst.

Step 4 Payment methods
Select a payment method:

Step 5 Check your order
Check whether your order is correct.
- Are the delivery and payment options correct?
- Are all the articles and quantities correct?
- If you would like to add a comment, that is possible in the window provided for this
- Then signify approval of the general terms and conditions
- Click on Place order now and your order will be received by us.
Step 6 Payment
Directly after placing an order you will be taken to the portal of our payment provider. This company ensures that your payment to others can be made securely and easily. If you follow the steps stated the payment, and with it the order, will be successfully completed.
Step 7 Confirmation
You will then receive a confirmation of your order via the email address you have provided.
- Have you received no confirmation email? Check first in your spam folder, it is possible that the e-mail is sitting there.

Step 8 Follow order
As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive an email from us with a UPS tracking number. In this way you will be informed of the current status, and you can follow your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to change or cancel an order, we advise you to contact our customer services as quickly as possible. We will then do our best to work with you to find a suitable solution. If you cancel or change in order before it has been dispatched, naturally there are no costs involved. If you are not sure whether your order has been dispatched, call or email as quickly as possible!
If your order is already en route to you, the best thing to do is to ‘actively reject’ the order. This involves you telling the delivery service that you no longer wish to receive this order; the order is then sent back to us by the delivery service. If you accept the order at first and subsequently decide that you wish to send it back after all, then you will be responsible for the delivery costs.
