This Huggett Atom 1/2 UNF moderator is surprisingly capable for its compact size (89 mm in length and a diameter of 31 mm), moderating airguns up to 16 Joule (12 ft/lbs).
The Huggett Atom 1/2 UNF moderator is precision machined from aluminium and the damping material is situated around a fine metal mesh liner, giving the material some extra protection. The sound is muffled through the absorption principle.
Both production and assembly of the well finished Huggett moderators is done in the United Kingdom.
