 This Schmidt & Bender PM II High Performance 6-36x56 P5FL rifle scope is ideally suited for medium to long-range shooting. It has a minimum magnification of 6x and a maximum magnification of no less than 36x, which allows you to get up close and personal with the target. At its minimum magnification, it has a field-of-view of 7.3 metres at a distance of 100 metres and it has a field-of-view of 1.25 metres at its maximum magnification. This allows you to keep a good overview, while simultaneously benefiting from that maximum magnification. It has a comfortable eye relief of 90 mm.

This PM II High Performance 6-36x56 P5FL rifle scope by Schmidt & Bender has an objective with a diameter of 56 mm, which provides an excellent light transmission. The result is an image that’s always bright -even in low-light situations- contributing to a pleasant aiming experience. The parallax can be adjusted from 20 metres to infinity, enabling you to clearly focus on whatever it is you’re aiming at. Choosing the right magnification and focus allows you to perfectly scope your target, but the actual aiming is naturally done with a reticle. This Schmidt & Bender PM II High Performance 6-36x56 rifle scope features a P5FL reticle, with an illuminated centre. The reticle is placed on the first focal plane, which means it will increase in size as you magnify. That illuminated centre has 11 brightness levels, which you can easily switch between by using the turret that’s located on top of the parallax turret, on the left side of the 34 mm tube. That turret also houses the CR2032 battery. To preserve battery life, the rifle scope has a feature that automatically deactivates the illuminated reticle if the brightness hasn’t been altered or turned off for 6 hours.

This PM II High Performance 6-36x56 P5FL rifle scope by Schmidt & Bender is primarily suited for shooting at long-range targets and that is evident in the turrets’ adjustment range. The capped windage turret has an adjustment range of 6L to 6R, while the elevation turret has an adjustment range of 27 MRAD. Each tactile and clearly audible click of the turrets represents an adjustment of 0.1 MRAD. The elevation turret has two rotations and it has an indicator pin which sticks out as you start the second rotation. That pin has a yellow colour, linking it to the yellow-coloured numbers of the second rotation. Additionally, the elevation turret can be locked by pushing the ring down.

The Schmidt & Bender rifle scope has an entirely black metal housing and it is nitrogen-purged to prevent the lenses from fogging up on the inside. It weighs 940 grams, so it won’t weigh down your rifle too much.
