Weihrauch HW100X T Laminated

The Weihrauch HW100X T with laminated thumbhole stock is an evolution of the well-known HW100 series of PCP air rifles. Thanks to a new aluminium air cylinder, the air rifle delivers a higher number of shots per fill while reducing weight compared to its predecessor.

Two main points of improvement were noted regarding the Weihrauch HW100 series over the years: a reduction in weight and an increased cylinder capacity. With the new aluminium cylinder, the laminated Weihrauch HW100X T offers significant improvement over the older HW100 rifles. In comparison with the old steel cylinders this results in a weight reduction of 360 grams, which is very substantial for an air rifle with a total weight of now just 3.9 kilos. This cylinder also offers a higher filling pressure of 250 bars. The higher filling pressure in combination with a new regulator result in an increase of shot count of at least 50%, according to Weihrauch. As such, the two points of improvement for the older series are both addressed.

Owing to its laminated thumbhole stock, the HW100X T has a striking appearance. The adjustable cheek rest ensures that the shooter can always place their eye at exactly the right height behind the scope, ensuring a comfortable shooting position. Stippling on the pistol grip and finger grooves in the forend provide better grip on the rifle. An adjustable butt plate further increases control of the rifle, by seating it properly in the shoulder at the optimal height. Its ease of use is further compounded by an ambidextrous safety lever, which is located on both sides of the 11 mm dovetail mounting rail. The 2-stage match trigger is naturally of high quality and is adjustable.
