Knife Sharpener Work Sharp Knife & Tool MK II
This Work Sharp Knife & Tool Sharpener MK II knife sharpener is the second, new and improved version of the popular knife sharpener. The motorized tool can be used to -as the name implies- sharpen a large variety of knives and tools. It does so with a flexible sharpening belt and two sharpening guides. Those guides’ angles can be adjusted, so you can easily switch between sharpening kitchen knives at an angle of 20° and pocket knives at an angle of 25°.
Sharpening knives, scissors or gardening tools can be done incredibly easily with the Work Sharp Knife & Tool Sharpener MK II knife sharpener. You put it down on a smooth surface and you put the sharpening guides at an angle that fits the tools you want to sharpen. Those guides feature a leather trim, so they won’t accidentally scratch up the blades of your knives. You then keep your hand near the button on the bottom of the knife sharpener and place the tool you want to sharpen against the sharpening guide. Push the button on the bottom and the flexible sharpening belt will start moving. Start moving the edge of the blade along the sharpening belt smoothly, and let go of the button when you reach the tip of the blade. Repeat this on both sides until the blade has the desired sharpness.
The Work Sharp Knife & Tool Sharpener MK II knife sharpener has an own weight of 925 grams, which means you can easily bring it along with you. It doesn’t have its own power source, so you will have to connect it to a power outlet. You will receive two sets of sharpening belts with this knife sharpener, which consist of a P80 (very coarse) sharpening belt, a P220 (medium coarse) sharpening belt and a P6000 (fine) sharpening belt. They allow you to easily sharpen various knives and tools in different stages of maintenance.
