This Code Red Battle Zero - NX BM Hybrid Bone Conduction headset is lightweight and designed for tactical purposes. By means of bone conducting technology, the soundwaves are transferred to the auditory nerves and then to the brain.

Because these speakers aren’t inside or over the ears, but resting on the cheekbones in front of them, the ears remain free, allowing you to perceive ambient sounds just fine. This is ideal in situations that require communication with teammates, as well as situational awareness. Another benefit it brings, is that hearing protection, like earplugs, can be used at the same time.

This headset is equipped with an electret boom microphone, which ensures a good quality audio, even in noisy situations. Also, the headset features a US NATO plug for reliable connection with electronic devices, like a radio. It is compatible with the Push-to-Talk systems by Code Red.

The Battle Zero NX BM Hybrid has an ergonomical design so it can be comfortably worn underneath a helmet. Of course, it can also be used without wearing a helmet. For a secure fit, it features an adjustable overhead hook-and-loop strap. The rear straps are adjustable too, ensuring a steady fit.
