Byrna SD Launcher - Universal Kit

The Byrna SD Launcher is a powerful air-pressure pistol that draws its energy from an 8-gram CO₂ capsule. This semi-automatic air pistol is compact, lightweight and very user-friendly. It fires round projectiles (.68 calibre) with a lot of energy, giving the Byrna SD Launcher an effective range of up to 18 metres. This Byrna SD Launcher – Universal Kit includes, among other things, various types of projectiles and other accessories so you can start practising straight away.

The Byrna SD Launcher is used with a 5-shot magazine that can be easily loaded into the pistol via the grip. The grip itself features a pronounced texture for a secure hold, even in the rain. The flat trigger blade makes it effortless to pull the trigger, which is also due to the relatively light trigger pull weight. This enables fast and accurate follow-up shots.

Furthermore, the Byrna SD Launcher has a safety lever on both sides, so the air pistol can be used by both left- and right-handed users. With a Weaver/Picatinny rail on the underside of the pistol it is possible to mount an accessory, such as a torch. The optimised fixed rear and front sights allow accurate aiming at targets.

According to the manufacturer, approximately 22 shots can be fired per CO₂ capsule (at room temperature). An unused CO₂ capsule can be stored in the Byrna SD Launcher without being pierced. It is only pierced the first time the trigger is pulled (a projectile is fired as well), a clever technology the manufacturer calls ‘Pull Pierce Technology’. This allows you to store the air pistol safely without CO₂ leakage, while keeping it ready for immediate use.
