Vanguard VEO HD2 10x42 Binoculars
These Vanguard VEO HD2 10x42 binoculars have a lightweight design that weighs only 710 grams and it feels very comfortable to hold in your hands. The housing is made of carbon-composite, which boasts high strength and it is well-known for its excellent corrosion resistance. That housing is covered with so-called Mitsubishi rubber armour. As a result, the binoculars are slightly less susceptible to wear from use and the rubber provides more grip. The Vanguard VEO HD2 10x42 binoculars are built to withstand the elements. It’s entirely scratch-proof and it has an IPX7 waterproof rating. This means it’s entirely waterproof and you can submerge it down to one metre for about 30 minutes without it sustaining any damage. So the Veo HD2 binoculars can be used to observe, even on days when the weather is less than favourable.
To properly observe, the binoculars feature a standard magnification of 10x and the lenses have a diameter of 42 mm. This means they let through a decent amount of light, which ensures excellent light transmission. The HOYA Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) glass considerably reduces chromatic aberration, so you can be assured of extremely crisp and vivid images. These binoculars have a field-of-view of 11.4 metres at a distance of 100 metres. The fully multi-coated BaK4 roof prisms ensure a clear image from edge to edge. The Vanguard VEO HD 10x42 binoculars are nitrogen-purged to prevent the lenses from fogging up on the inside.
