Backpack Vorn EV30

The EV30 backpack by Vorn is named after its 30 litre capacity and EV frame system. It’s equipped with Vorn’s quick rifle release system, which fits all regular hunting rifles and shotguns. The padded firearm compartment protects both rifle and rifle scope, and is adjustable for height by using hook-and-loop at the bottom. Two release hooks made of fiber-reinforced polymer keep the rifle in place, and can be easily adjusted for length. A barrel cover is included, which lets the backpack be used as a gun case during transport. Carrying handles are located on both the top and side, to be able to carry it horizontally as well as vertically.

Vorn’s rigid EV frame is made of fiber-reinforced polymer to withstand heavy loads and rough treatment. Stability and comfort is maximised by extending the frame into the backpack and around the firearm, in order to properly support all parts of the backpack. The heavy-duty hip belt has MOLLE attachment points on the outside and comfortable padding covered in breathable mesh on the inside. Contoured shoulder straps can be adjusted for height in mere seconds with the pin lock system: release the top tensioner and pull down, insert the orange locking pin in one of the five different height settings for a perfect fit for your length. 

A full length zipper opens the entire right side, giving access to all parts of the main compartment. The convenient top pocket includes a latched hook for keys and other important items, and the padded front compartment is made for stowing essential gear you need quick access to. An outer mesh pocket will fit a water bottle or anything else used repeatedly during the hunt. Another internal mesh pocket will accommodate a hydration bladder up to 3 litres. The compression straps make the backpack more compact, or can be used to attach gear to the exterior, and the backpack’s capacity can be increased greatly with a number of external attachments loops. 

PU-coated, water-resistant zippers from YKK are stitched with precision for fast and unobstructed access to each compartment, and Vorn’s V-Tex material is made with a waterproof TPU membrane, fused together with a protective layer of fabric on each side. The outside surface is a silent and durable 12 polyester, treated with a water-repelling C6DWR coating, combined with an inside layer of 300D Ripstop for high tear-resistant strength.
