  • The Snowpeak (formerly known as Artemis and Spa) CP400 is a attractively priced semi-automatic  air pistol that offers a good value for money. You can load eight 4.5 mm (.177) pellets into the included magazine that can be shot without the need for manually cocking in between. The pellets are driven by CO2 for which a 12 grams cartridge can be placed inside the grip.

    This Snowpeak CP400 air pistol has a trigger with built-in safety, open sights and underneath the barrel-end a Weaver/Picatinny rail is featured for mounting accessories such as a light or laser. Weighing 600 grams, the Snowpeak CP400 feels stable, but not unnecessarily heavy.

    Leuk pistool om mee te schieten.

    Vorige week kocht ik de CP400. Een leuk pistool met weinig power. Ik schiet binnen op een afstand van 10 meter en daarvoor is de power meer dan genoeg. Met de open sights was ik al nauwkeurig maar na het plaatsen van een red dot is dit ding echt accuraat. Je kan zo snel schieten als dat je de trekker over kan halen en dat maakt dit dus echt een plezier om te doen. De trekker is zwaar maar dat is logisch aangezien die het magazijntje laat ronddraaien. 1 min punt, de manier van co2 laden is voor mij verder niet echt n probleem al is zo recht onder de loop natuurlijk fijner, maar goed. Je doet de co2 capsule in het handvat en het handvat zet je terug vast met n schroef... bij mij was het schroefdraad lam en viel het handvat dus continu van t pistool af. Een langere schroef later en probleem opgelost. Ook is er een kans op vastlopers. Erg vervelend als het magazijntje niet meer wil draaien door een pellet die vastzit in de loop... een tip: pellets aanduwen zodat ze wat dieper in het magazijntje zitten. Ik ben blij met mijn aankoop.

    Pros:
    Prijs, multi shot, plezier.

    Cons:
    Afwerking.
