  • These Nielsen 6.35 mm 38.5 grain slugs are swaged (cold forged) of soft lead and this gives them a very uniform consistency in weight, form and surface. These are all factors that are crucial for the accuracy of your shot.

    The hollow point of the Nielsen 6.35 mm 38.5 grain slugs will provide a quick deformation and thus a big impact. The flat base makes sure you get the most accurate trajectory out of the slugs.

    The ballistic coefficient of the Nielsen 6.35 mm 38.5 grain slugs is .100 and their length is .358 inch (9.09 mm).

    Please note these slugs aren’t suitable for the FX Smooth Twist barrel, but do work well in FX Smooth Twist X barrels.

    I have tried 29, 29.5, 33.5, 36.2, and 38.5 Nielsen slugs. All are excellent, but these 38.5g punch one hole 3 shot groups at 30 yards @ 810 fps and 880 fps (Impact, 700 mm Superior liner, better results than superior heavy!). They are well packaged, very consistent and give hard hitting results. Superb

    High quality slugs! All in the same dimensions (height, diameter and weight)! They perform great, both in Sumatra 2500 and in Hatsan Flushpup S. All in one hole at 15 m, less than 3,5 cm hole in 50 m.
