  • The Performance No:9 BLT 46 grain airgun slugs in 6.35 mm (.249) calibre are produced by Gmax, located in Turkey. These slugs were designed for optimal precision on medium to long ranges. Gmax claims that the No:9, when used with air rifles with 91 joules of energy, can reach an approximate muzzle velocity of 247 metres per second (810 fps), which has to be taken with a grain of salt as every rifle delivers unique performances, of course.

    Gmax recommends the Performance No:9 6.35 mm (.249) BLT 46 grain slugs for the following PCP airguns:

    GOOD for 100 J

    I tried these with a Snowpeak M25 with regulator set at 150 bar (180 degrees COUNTER CLOCKWISE from factory position, which is 100 bar). Tremendous punch at 100m!!! Clean hole through target (5mm MDF and 25mm 15 years old pine board!!!). Grouping about 10 cm radius for 10 shots (working on it...). With normal pressure they shoot also a 10 cm radius, but they drop 25 cm from aim point. Good stuff! For this price, will buy again.
