Window Mount Vanguard VEO 2 PH-28WM

This Vanguard VEO 2 PH-28WM window mount can be used for attaching a spotting scope or camera to a vehicle window. It combines observing the surroundings with the comfort of a car. Of course, this mount can also be used in other situations. It can be clamped on a fence, a bench or other objects. Spotting scopes, cameras and camcorders -with a maximum weight of 4 kg (8,8 lbs)- can be mounted, while the mount itself weighs 0,7 kg (1,5 lbs).

The 2-way pan head of this mount can rotate horizontally 360° (pan movement) and tilt vertically. By means of a pan handle the head can be rotated and tilted. The position is easily and intuitively fixed and unlocked by twisting the handle. For secure attachment of a scope or camera, the head is provided with a long QS-61P quick-release plate that is compatible with a universal Arca mount.

The clamp forms the base of this mount and can be opened up to 3,1 cm wide. It is provided with an ergonomic rotating knob for tightening and releasing the clamp comfortably, even with cold temperatures and wet conditions. For a solid grip on the window (or other object), the clamp features a large surface area with non-slip rubber.
