Spuhr R700 LCP SA 16" HBAR Black Chassis

This R700 LCP SA 16" HBAR Black chassis is of the high quality that is synonymous with Spuhr. The chassis is equipped with an extensively adjustable buttstock and an Arca-Swiss mounting rail on the bottom of the forend.

The buttstock features a rubber butt plate, which is height-adjustable with a pushbutton. Similarly, the length of pull is also easily adjustable with a single hand. The adjustment range is 50 millimetres, which offers the shooter a high degree of flexibility. This provides an advantage when the shooter changes shooting positions, which may alter the position of the head and thus the eye relief in relation to the scope. Because the length of pull can be rapidly adjusted, the eye relief is thus also adjustable. An adjustable cheekpiece ensures comfort and a consistent cheek weld.

Like the other components on the buttstock, the folding joint is manufactured with extremely tight tolerances, while also allowing the stiffness of the joint to be adjustable. This way, the chassis offers a robust and solid base, which can be shortened for transport. Additionally, this makes maintenance easier as the buttstock can be rotated away from the bolt, which makes the bolt more convenient to remove from the action.

Similar to many other parts of the Spuhr R700 LCP SA 16" HBAR Black chassis, the pistol grip is also adjustable: it has an adjustment range of 8 mm in relation to the trigger. As a result, the shooter can find the optimal position for the finger and hand. The pistol grip is mounted to an AR-15 adapter, allowing for easy replacement.

The magwell is designed to hold AICS-pattern magazines. A barricade stop is present in front of the magwell and can be utilised to provide additional support for the rifle. An Arca-Swiss mounting rail extends from the barricade stop along the forend, allowing for a bipod or tripod to be mounted. Spuhr Interface mounting points are present on either side of the forend, to which rails or accessories can be attached. Balancing weights can be mounted both internally and externally on the forend.
