The steel M18x1 muzzle brake by Roedale reduces recoil up to 50%. Installation on the barrel is straightforward using the M18x1 threading, after which the brake can be clamped down using two screws at the rear. An M3 screw at the top allows for attaching a mirage band, which can be hooked into the screw in order to extend the band rearward. If use of a mirage band is not necessary, a grub screw can be placed instead, ensuring that the top of the muzzle brake remains flush.
