This FX Superior STX Liner Heavy is the successor of the very successful FX STX Slug Liner A. Just as with the original STX (Smooth Twist X) liner, the rifling is pressed in from the outside, resulting in a very smooth finish, minimalizing drag. The process is optimised and some small modifications have been made for an even more precise method of manufacturing with smaller tolerances and thus an even higher accuracy.
The FX Superior STX Liner Heavy has a special twist rate for use of heavy pellets and slugs, giving superior accuracy.
The advantage of the use of liners is the fact you can easily change calibres and twist rates in the FX STX barrel system. This also means an upgrade such as this Superior STX liner will slot right into your FX STX barrel without the need for modifications.

Got this for my WC in .22 cal. First thing noticed was broken cap on tube which barrel came in.it was wrapped in scotch tape(poor handlong by Krale?).Crown of a barrel also had some indents,not too dip.So i took some pics before instalation in case barrel was useless.But it was ok.
Using JSB KO .217 and its brilliant,2-4 cm groups at 100mtrs on quite day.

I've managed to shoot a very tight group with an FX Crown 6.35 and JSB 25.4g. pellets. Liner is doing what it's made for, shooting heavy pellets and easier side of slugs. If you are using that kind of ammunition, you are on the right path.

I have a impact with a 700 mm barrel. I’m sorry but the superior heavy was a downgrade from the slugliner A. Didn’t group better with any of the NSA or the MK2 33.9. Even the fx hybrids didn’t group well.
