Tokyo Marui MK46 Mod 0

Tokyo Marui brings one of the most realistic LMG (Light Machine Gun) airsoft replicas on the market with its MK46 Mod 0.

The MK46 Mod 0 is a variant of the widely used M249 platform where various adjustments have been made to make the LMG as light as possible while still offering space for various accessories through the added Weaver/Picatinny rails.

On the outside, the receiver and handguard of the Tokyo Marui MK45 Mod 0 are made of CNC-machined aluminium and both the grip and stock are made of sturdy polymer. Weaver/Picatinny rails are located on both the handguard and receiver, allowing the mounting of a variety of optics and other accessories. Also on the front of the replica is an easily foldable bipod that can be adjusted in three different heights.

Internally is where it gets really special with this replica. Like many of the newer Tokyo Marui replicas, this MK46 Mod 0 features the ingenious NGRS (Next Gen Recoil Shock) system. This system creates a powerful simulated recoil that adds to the realism of this airsoft replica. This system also contains an automatic stop mechanism that ensures that the replica stops firing as soon as the magazine is empty. To continue firing, the replica's bolt must be pulled back, just like the real MK46 Mod 0.

To further add to the realism while using this replica, the 1000 rounds magazine includes an ammunition belt with fake ammunition. This ammunition belt is moved back and forth by an internal motor, giving the impression that the replica is fed with real ammunition. The 1000 rounds magazine is electrically wound by means of three AAA batteries, which are not included.

The battery connection is a mini-Tamiya connection which is located in the handguard. To reach this connection, the barrel has to be partially disassembled. Furthermore, the barrel end of this Tokyo Marui MK46 Mod 0 contains a 14 mm CCW thread for the attachment of, for example, flash hiders, suppressors and tracers.
