HikMicro Explorer E20Plus Thermal Imaging Camera

This HikMicro Explorer E20Plus thermal imaging camera is specially designed to be mounted on a smartphone. There’s a USB-C connector on top, that you can use to easily connect it to a smartphone. Both the weight of only 26 grams and the size of 26.6x26.6x27.2 mm won’t be an issue. The camera uses only 360 Mw.

In order to use the thermal imaging camera you will first have to download the free Hikmicro Sight app (only available for Android). Once the app and the camera have been configured, you can use the camera to take pictures and videos which will be displayed through the app. You can even use the app to adjust the contrast and brightness settings of the camera, using the sliders with an adjustment range from 0 to 100. There’s a focus ring on the front side of the HikMicro Explorer E20Plus thermal imaging camera that you can use to manually adjust the focus.

The HikMicro Explorer E20Plus thermal imaging camera features a sensor with a resolution of 256x192 and the framerate of 50 Hz ensures it captures smooth videos. It has a pixel pitch of 12 µm and the NETD is less than 50 mK. This means the sensor registers even the smallest changes in temperature and it provides a detailed image. The sensor has a range of 970 m, allowing you to perceive differences in temperature even over long distances.
