The Snowpeak T-Rex Bullpup is a regulated PCP air rifle with a stock made of low-maintenance synthetic material. This stock comes with a vertically adjustable cheek pad and a rubber recoil pad that makes shouldering more comfortable and partially absorbs recoil. The air cylinder with a working pressure of 250 bar offers 120 cc’s of pressurised air.
Snowpeak set this T-Rex variant up in a bull-pup configuration, which increases the barrel length with 50 mm and decreases the total length of the rifle with 200 mm. They also added Weaver/Picatinny rails to the action and forend, which can be used to mount optics and accessories such as a bipod. The partially shrouded barrel features a moderator that suppresses the muzzle sound of a shot.
The side lever can be mounted on the left and right side to suit both left and right-handed shooters. Besides this, the trigger pressure can be adjusted from 2 to 5 lbf (900 to 2300 grams).
This Snowpeak T-Rex Bullpup airgun comes with a rotating magazine, which has capacity for:
• 12 rounds (4.5 mm / .177) • 10 rounds (5.5 mm / .22) • 9 rounds (6.35 mm / .25)

Good Rifle at an Unbeatable Price

I have only tested the rifle briefly by shooting at 10 meters with a red dot sight. The rifle is very light and ergonomic. It is not very loud, but it would be better with a suppressor. Unfortunately, it does not have a 1/2-20UNF thread at the end of the barrel. I would need to buy an adapter. The trigger has quite a high resistance and a long travel. I have not tried adjusting it yet. Overall, the impression is good.

I have had this Bullpup for a few weeks now. I have to say it is quite an impressive machine. Product rating is excellent. Delivery: I am in the middle of the US and it was on my porch in 3 days.
Trigger is pretty nice right out of the box. Not crunchy at all. There is a collar on the linkage that can be adjusted to lighten the first stage. You can also adjust the sear engagement. I have mine set at a consistent 1.5 lb for hunting. It can be lightened more if you like.
Cocking is very smooth. No catching or crunching. Very nice.
JSB 18.13's average 820fps/250ms & 27.08fpe/36.60 Joules. 30 regulated shots from a full 25mpa fill.
Accuracy is excellent. Just under an inch/25mm at 40 yards.
Very ergonomic and comfortable to shoot. Even scoped it feels light and manageable. I buy a lot of budget airguns and usually spend a fair amount of time doing trigger work and tuning. This bullpup really needs nothing right out of the box. All I have done is clean the barrel and the trigger adjustments. That is it.
It does have baffles in the shroud which definitely helps quiet it down. I fitted it with a Buck-Rail moderator to quiet it even more. Buck-Rail does not make one specifically for it, so I had to do some modifications, but it works great.
Here is the only thing I would like to see changed. It does not have an external adjustment for the hammer spring. It has a plug similar to the CP-1. So, it can shimmed or maybe make your own external adjuster. I am happy with the factory tune and won't be changing mine. The air cylinder is small so turning it up is going to kill the shot count.
Overall I highly recommend this bullpup. When I am looking at buying a new air rifle I like to see reviews like mine so I can make an informed decision. I have a YouTube channel and will be doing a review video soon. Happy shooting everyone!
