The Spyderco Byrd Meadowlark 2 PE Black is a stylish pocket knife from Spyderco’s Byrd range, with a full-flat-ground blade. This makes the knife very versatile and perfect for slicing.

The blade is made from 8Cr13MoV steel that scores valid points for both corrosion resistance and hardness. It can be opened with one hand by using the familiar thumb hole and low-friction phosphor bronze pivot washers make sure this goes very smoothly.

Spyderco made the handle of FRN and a back-lock ensures the opened blade will stay put. The handle has a bi-directional texturing, which means the texture is slightly pointing backwards at the front to prevent your hand from sliding to the blade, while the texturing at the back points slightly forward.
