It takes those pictures and it records those videos with an impressive UltraHD 4k resolution, which means looking at the footage will become an absolute delight. It’s possible to take pictures manually and to start or stop the recording of videos. In addition, the night vision scope has a recoil-activated function. With this function it takes short videos of only fifteen seconds -starting ten seconds before the shot is taken and continuing until five seconds after the shot was taken-, so the battery and the storage capacity are treated with extreme efficiency. The ATN X-Sight 5 LRF 3-15x night vision scope has a slot for a MicroSD storage card on the right side of the housing. The night vision scope is powered by a Li-ion battery with a maximum battery length of 14 hours. There’s a USB Type-C connection on the right side of the housing that you can use to connect a charging cable.

In order to use this function you will have to submit various information, such as the ballistic coefficient and the weight of the bullet. You will also have to put in some environmental data, such as humidity and the altitude at which you’re shooting. After putting in all this information, the ballistic calculator can best correct for the point of impact and it will ensure you’re shooting as accurate as possible. Something that can also contribute to your accuracy is your very own reticle. With this night vision scope you can design your own reticle and fully customize it to your own preferences.
