  • The Audere Levitas Cantilever 34 mm High Weaver/Picatinny mount is very versatile and suited for modern weaponry. The recoil lug, which hooks into Weaver/Picatinny slots, and the sturdy construction ensure that the mount is capable of handling recoil of large calibre rifles. It’s also very lightweight because it has been made out of 7075-T651 aluminium, and sturdy and durable because of the Type 3 Hardcoat oxide layer, which protects against damage and corrosion.

    Audere’s ScopeLink provides the opportunity for montage of optics or other accessories on-top-of, or on the 45 degree side. The built-in bubble level is a handy tool for long distance shooting, to assess if your rifle is fully horizontal or not. Besides this, the cantilever setup offers greater eye relief and a wider field of view, and creates space on the rear of the rail to accommodate magnifiers or back-up optics.

    Well built 34 mm cantilever mount

    I have scope mounts from Badger Ordnance, Night Force, Zeiss and Leupold. The Audere Levitas ranks right up there with them. If it needs one improvement, I would suggest a hex nut to tighten the main scope cross bolts instead of a torx head bolt. It's easier to torque and you get a better grip with a 6 point socket while torquing to spec.
