  • Product description

  • Usability is key with this Saber Tactical Field monopod. It comes with an adapter for the Saber Tactical butt stock, which slides on the monopod from above and is securely holds the monopod in place with two strong magnets.

    Adjustments are made swiftly with smooth operating adjustment wheels that allow for accurate micro adjustments without the need to loosen any knobs. The Saber Tactical Field monopod features a stainless steel lead screw for vertical adjustment. The foot and housing are made from 6061 T6 aluminium, which is both lightweight and strong.

    The foot has a grippy layer of rubber for secure positioning and a ball joint allows for canting in all directions.

    Well made, but I'm left-handed, so the product is a bit difficult on the right side. It's not possible to mount it on the other side, but otherwise satisfied.

    + Quality workmanship and functionality
    + - But when the inner segment with the threaded rod (Monopod Saber Tactical Field) is inserted, it does not stop. This causes vertical rocking on the magnets in the range of 2-3 mm. It is necessary to strike the stock with force so that the inner segment rises about 3 mm, then it stops and jams.

    + Fast and comfortable handling with height adjustment as well as fine and quick tuning. Improved shooting accuracy, as opposed to just leaning on the shoulder.
    - Experience: The play in the threaded rod will cause a slight instability in the horizontal plane and the effect of breathing and heart rate when aiming at the target. Slightly impaired shooting accuracy, compared to bag (with sand, ...).
