  • Birchwood Moly Lube dry film lubricant is applied to metal surfaces. Molybdenum disulfide is applied using a spray, as part of a solution which evaporates quickly. The particles that are left behind create a lubricating film, without leaving a fluid behind on a surface.

    This has a few advantages. First of all, it ensures that no dirt, powder or other particles can stick to gun grease or oil.
