These Wiley X Ovation – Captivate Polarized Blue Mirror Lenses – Matte Slate Frame glasses have a durable construction. The frame is made of triloid nylon, which is a very tough material. At the same time, it’s very lightweight so you can comfortably wear the glasses. The lenses are made of shatterproof selenite polycarbonate and they can take a hit, just like the rest of the glasses. They’re blue-coloured and they ensure greens look more vibrant and glares are reduced. Even though the lenses themselves provide a more vibrant image on their own, they are also treated with various filters and coatings:

• Oleophobic coating: this anti-smudge coating prevents dust, dirt, oil and water from sticking to the lenses and it prevents them from being smeared. The lenses can be wiped clean easily.

• T-Shell coating: a scratch-resistant coating that ensures the lenses won’t get damaged anytime soon. The lenses will remain in tip-top shape for a long time thanks to this coating.
