This G&G ARP9 3.0P AEG airsoft replica has a lot in common with its predecessors, but the most important similarity might be its compact design. The ARP9 and the ARP9 2.0 were already pretty compact, but the 3.0 is even smaller. It has a total length of only 582.5 mm and it weighs less than two kg. The replica is largely skeletonised and most of its mass is located in the housing made of impact-resistant polymer.
The handguard features multiple M-LOK slots on all sides and there’s a durable fore-grip mounted on the bottom of the handguard. Along with the pistol-style trigger with rough texturing on both sides, you can use that fore-grip to firmly yet comfortably hold the G&G ARP9 3.0P. It’s very manoeuvrable and it’s absolutely perfect for CQB. The replica has a foldable stock, which means you can make it even more compact. At the end of the stock is the butt stock, although it amounts to little more than a butt plate. Despite its small size, G&G did manage to integrate a battery compartment into that butt plate.
The Weaver/Picatinny scope rail is located on top of the upper receiver and it extends along the top of the handguard. That scope rail comes equipped with a foldable front- and rear sight, which can be taken off if you prefer to use something like a red dot. This G&G ARP9 3.0P airsoft replica has a burst mode, a semi-automatic firing mode and a fully automatic firing mode. You can easily switch between the different firing modes by using the fire selector on the left side of the replica’s housing. The magazine pin and the charging handle can be used comfortably by both lefthanded and righthanded airsofters. You can use that charging handle to open the dust cover, providing access to the adjustable hop-up located in the ejector.
This G&G ARP9 3.0P airsoft replica comes with a durable magazine with a magazine capacity of 68 BBs. The magazine uses G&G’s patented four channel converging technology. This means the BBs are divided among four lanes (or channels), which makes loading the magazine considerably easier. Towards the top of the magazine, those lanes converge into one lane that feeds BBs into the replica.
