This Walker’s Razor X-TRM FDE ear defender has a relatively compact design, but it does offer maximum protection for your hearing. It has two hi-gain omnidirectional microphones that register ambient sounds. Those sounds are then reproduced with crystal clear clarity through the HD speakers, which allow you to properly hear fellow shooters and animals in your surrounding area. With loud sounds -such as gunshots- the SAC (sound activated compression) kicks in. That system compresses extremely loud sounds when it’s necessary and it does so with a reaction speed of only 0.02 seconds. It has an NRR of 21 dB.

The Walker’s Razor X-TRM FDE ear defender has a cooling headband with a metal wire frame that you can comfortably wear on your head. It has gel pads that you can wear comfortably for long periods of time. Thanks to the audio input jack, you can easily connect the ear defender to a transceiver. The recessed volume button allows you to easily adjust the volume without being bothered by protrusive parts. You get two AAA batteries with this ear defender, which are required for powering it.
