The Accu-Tac FC-4 G2 bipod is made of light and sturdy billet aluminium and can be attached to the accessory rail of your rifle with a quick release rail mount. No tools needed. The legs are adjustable in length fivefold and can be independently be adjusted in different positions:

Minimum height of the Accu-Tac FC-4 G2 bipod is 133.4 mm (5.25 inch) with the legs angled at 45° and maximum height is 209.5 mm (8.25 inch) with the legs straight down. It’s also possible to tilt and rotate the Accu-Tac FC-4 G2 bipod.
This will last for life, the case it comes in is proper as well.

Expensive, but worth it

If you want to have the ultimate bipod, this is it. It’s not cheap but I am sure it will last a very long time. Honestly, I don’t see how this can fail in typical conditions of use.
Besides being super solid, I really like the option to rotate and adjust tilt.
I planned on dedicating it specifically for one gun only, but now I am considering buying one more.
Only small downside are the 2x springs, they could potentially come off, but luckily they are easy to source and replace.

The cost seems high initially, but after you use it a bit, it becomes clear why it costs so much. It is well built and it is tough. I doubt I can break it permanently. If there is something which will fail, I assume is loosing the springs. However, they are easy to replace and sourcing them should not be a problem.
The rotating and tilting adjustments are great and easy to reach.
I doubt I will use another bipod for a while.

The only thing that disappoints me, is the fact that it has two plastic parts, How is it possible for a bipod of this quality to have plastic parts.
Accutac: change it, it doesn't look good. Can't you make two pieces in aluminium, like all the bipods? I can't believe it...

The Accu-Tac FC-G2 is really qualityproduct. Productinfo is a little bit misleading, because there are really only 4 leg individual leg positions: The legs lock in place individually 90 degrees forward, 45 forward, straight down, 45 backwards BUT the legs do not lock in place 90 degrees backwards i.e. towards the shooter because there are no machined locking slots for that position and this is quite surprising. I would suppose that the legs would lock in place in the shortest formation when moving with rifle. The legs will hold this position because of the spring tension but also if kept in this ”slotless” position for longer periods will stress the spring. It would not have been a big extra job to machine the locking slots also to the other side of the bipod so the legs would have had totally identical locking positions on both sides. Product info would be nice to be update and explain that there are only 4 locking positions on the legs. Considering the pricetag, metal spikes would have been a nice addition besides rubber feet. Good thing is that package includes extra rubberfeet. Overall a great bipod allowing the movement simultaneously on x and Y axis plus canting or tilting possibility.
