outstanding performance

I just returned home from a two week prairie dog shoot in western Kansas and eastern Colorado USA. These new JSB KnockOut 25.4 gr cal .216 performed outstanding in my FX Impact 22 caliber 700 mm pellet barrel and my FX Crown 600 mm B pellet barrel. shooting between 900 to 950 fps. Our average shot range was close to 70 to 125 yards with long hits out to 170 yards were easily made. Slug expansion was great even at the long yardages. I also shot FX Hybird Slugs 22 gr and H&N HP 27 gr .217 cal. with great accuracy too. The FX Hybrids did show the best expansion overall but not by much over the JSB KnockOuts. For the difference in price the JSB's are the winner for sure. The H&N""s shoot very good but the expansion just isn't comparable in my opinion. That being said I would not hesitate for one minute using H&N slugs for hunting. All three slugs are so much better than standard pellets for long range shooting/hunting. Remember we were hunting in the central plains of the USA where the wind always blows. Slugs are such an improvement over pellets for this game.
So bang for your money I'm picking the JSB KnockOuts.
