Air Venturi Seneca Sumatra 500

The Air Venturi Seneca Sumatra 500 is a powerful PCP air rifle featuring a 6-shot magazine and a lever-action mechanism. This lever-action system, combined with the beautiful hardwood Monte Carlo stock and decorated metal receiver, makes the Seneca Sumatra 500 a truly distinctive PCP rifle. Perhaps the first thing you’ll notice about the Seneca Sumatra 500 is the traditional lever-action cocking handle, which must be moved underneath the trigger guard to cycle the action. This immediately evokes the legendary era of the American Wild West, when lever-action rifles were extremely popular. Beyond the authentic shooting experience, this lever mechanism is also a highly practical system that allows the shooter to reload quickly.

The Seneca Sumatra 500 is equipped with a 500 cc air reservoir, allowing up to 20 full-power shots on a single fill (max. 206 bar). The power output can be adjusted into 13 different settings, using a dial located at the bottom side (in front of the trigger guard). At the end of the barrel, there is a male Foster quick-disconnect fitting for easy refilling of the cylinder. A built-in pressure gauge on the underside of the forend clearly displays the current pressure.

The steel barrel features M10x1mm threading for attaching a moderator – which is very useful, considering the rifle can be quite loud due to its high power. A scope can be mounted on the 11 mm dovetail rail, although this is not strictly necessary, as the Sumatra 500 features a fixed front sight and laterally adjustable rear sight.
