The Code Red Assault throat mic has an adjustable neck band with double throat mics that will pick up your throat vibrations. The system is very sensitive in that aspect, while barely being affected by background noise.

On the back of the included PTT (push-to-talk) button, a sturdy clamp is featured to simplify securing it on a convenient place. The button itself is easy to operate, even with gloves on.
