Have you purchased an article, and has this article broken after a period of time? If you have a genuine complaint, then you can contact us. You can do this by phone, by email to email@example.com or in writing by post to:
Krale provides at least one year warranty on all articles purchased from us, unless otherwise stated. Manufacturers offer warranty periods of more than one year in many cases, the so-called manufacturers warranty. The duration and terms of this manufacturers warranty, where applicable, are stated in the instructions for the use of the article.
If it is a valid complaint, the article will be repaired or exchanged free of cost within a reasonable period. The warranty does not cover the shipping costs.
Complaint or defect outside the warranty period
If you have a defective article, then contact us. We can then tell you what your options are. Krale has its own repair department, where qualified craftsmen carry out expert repairs. Because we have a many spares in stock, we can generally return repaired items to customers quickly.
