Warranty and repair

Have you purchased an article, and has this article broken after a period of time? If you have a genuine complaint, then you can contact us. You can do this by phone, by email to info@krale.shop or in writing by post to:

Warranty period

Krale provides at least one year warranty on all articles purchased from us, unless otherwise stated. Manufacturers offer warranty periods of more than one year in many cases, the so-called manufacturers warranty. The duration and terms of this manufacturers warranty, where applicable, are stated in the instructions for the use of the article.

If it is a valid complaint, the article will be repaired or exchanged free of cost within a reasonable period. The warranty does not cover the shipping costs.

Complaint or defect outside the warranty period

If you have a defective article, then contact us. We can then tell you what your options are. Krale has its own repair department, where qualified craftsmen carry out expert repairs. Because we have a many spares in stock, we can generally return repaired items to customers quickly.
