This Walker’s Ultimate Power Quads Black ear defender ensures you’ll know exactly what’s going on around you. It has four hi-gain omni directional microphones -two per side- which provide excellent situational awareness. Additionally, it amplifies sounds up to nine times. This allows you to register ambient noises from far away as if they’re happening right next to you. The ear defender has a volume button on both cups, so you can easily adjust the volume to a comfortable level for each ear.
Other than amplifying sounds, the ear defender can also compress them. The Walker’s Ultimate Power Quads Black ear defender uses SAC (sound activated compression) to compress loud noises. It does so with a reaction speed of 0.02 seconds, allowing you to maximally protect your hearing. Despite its multifunctionality the ear defender does sport a highly compact design which, once folded, takes up barely any space.
The Walker’s Ultimate Power Quads Black ear defender is powered by two AAA batteries which come supplied with the product.
