Blaser R8 Success Vintage

The Blaser R8 Success Vintage is a high-end variant of the R8 model. A class 6 wooden stock with thumbhole offers incredible stability and comfort. Brown, weather-resistant impregnated leather in the pistol grip, buttstock and the forend ensure a good grip and a stylish look. The butt plate is also covered with leather. On the side of the buttstock, the name of the rifle is engraved in gold on a small, black brushed metal plate.

These golden accents are also found in other places on the rifle, like the gold-coloured bolt face and trigger. The tip of the forend is made from ebony, matching the black colour of the receiver. The bolt knob is crafted from wood, matching the wood of the stock. As a whole, the Blaser R8 Success Vintage forms a stylish, carefully designed rifle.

The Blaser R8 Succes Vintage is available with a 520 or 580 mm barrel. It is also available in several calibres, to accommodate all shooters. Both types of barrel come with M15x1 muzzle threading, to mount a muzzle brake for instance. Customizability is what sets the R8 series apart, along with its production quality.

Barrels can be exchanged easily, while changing calibres only requires a few extra steps. When the barrel is removed, the rifle does not lose its zero when it is installed again. A similar precision mounting method is applied by Blaser to the scope mounting system. The Blaser saddle mount system allows for the removal and mounting of the scope repeatedly, without losing zero. Thanks to the straight-pull bolt, follow-up shots can be fired in rapid succession.
