The Anschütz 1761 is a well-known and reliable system, which now comes with a MS R Silhouette stock,
This ergonomically shaped stock comes with texturised surfaces around the grip and forend, for an increased hold, even in harsh weather conditions. Besides this, it features an aluminium UIT rail underneath the forend, for montage of accessories such as a handstop or bipod. This stock also features an elevated comb and a buttstock that is adjustable vertically and laterally, fitted with a rubber butt pad that partially absorbs recoil.
The action is very well-made, it’s tough because its design is inspired by match rifles, and it has been fabricated according to strict guidelines. The matt black surface finish also gives this carbine a modern yet timeless appearance.
Its advanced cocking mechanism ensures quick and easy reloading, made possible by ball-bearings, bolt throw of just 60° and a QPQ coating, which increases fluent operation and protects from wear and oxidation at the same time. The three-lug bolt also adds to a safe yet accurate carbine.
This 1761 is equipped with a two-stage trigger which is multiply adjustable, to satisfy the preferences of the shooter, and lets you activate a trigger mechanism which consists of more than 50 individual parts.
Anschütz’s small calibre carbine comes with a High Precision Anschütz barrel, with a short Dovetail rail machined in on the end, for attachment of a front sight or other optics.
The magazine can be taken out quickly with the magazine release that is placed in front of the trigger, which makes it operable with your trigger finger. Inserting the 5-shots magazine is just as easy, as it’s guided in by a recess in the trigger guard.
