Inner Barrel Prometheus EG 6.03 G36C/P90/CAR15/SIG552 247 mm

This Prometheus EG G36C/P90/CAR15/SIG552 inner barrel is meant for use as a replacement of the original inner barrel. It offers a significantly greater accuracy thanks to an optimal air seal and mostly because the fact the hop-up effect is greatly enhanced by a high quality inner barrel. Of course, to get the most out of your inner barrel it’s recommended to use only high quality BB’s.

Because the Prometheus EG G36C/P90/CAR15/SIG552 inner barrel is made of stainless steel it´s very ridged and difficult to bend, making it less sensitive to some rough use. There´s also the fact stainless steel has a smaller thermal expansion than brass and aluminium where most inner barrels are made of. When the barrel gets warmer (when lots of BB´s are fired), there’s less negative effect to the accuracy noticeable.

Precision engineering is another important factor in the high accuracy and very good all-round performance of this inner barrel. The inner diameter is 6.03 mm with a tolerance of just +/- 0.01 mm. The outer diameter is 8.5 mm and, of course, the finishing is done on a high level. To prevent instability at the end of the inner barrel by a sudden drop in pressure, the end flares a bit for a smooth and evenly drop in pressure.
